How is the platform priced?
Per installation, as an annual licence, after a short scoping call. Services such as the readiness assessment, workshops and pilots are priced per engagement.
Is there a hosted version?
No. EvasLabs is installed on your own Kubernetes and operated by your IT team. Nothing leaves your network unless you configure it to.
Which models can we use?
Any. Connect self-hosted or OpenAI-compatible endpoints such as vLLM, Ollama, TGI, LM Studio or LiteLLM, and cloud providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) through presets. Residency rules apply to every endpoint.
Which systems does it connect to?
Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, SQL databases and GitHub, plus your own APIs and MCP servers as governed tools.
Can governance be switched off?
No. Policy can be lenient, but every model, tool, retrieval and memory call is decided and audited. The guardrail floor cannot be disabled by any customer role.
How do approvals work?
When policy says a person decides, the run waits in one Inbox. Waiting never approves. With four-eyes on, nobody decides their own request. Approvers can also decide from email, protected by a one-time code.
Can an auditor verify the records?
Yes. The audit trail is a hash chain signed with keys in your KMS or HSM, with a sub-chain per organization. Signed evidence packs verify with a standalone tool, with no access to your systems.
What happens if the licence lapses?
After a grace period, new runs and promotions pause. Sign-in, reads, exports, evidence verification, backups, the kill switch and open Inbox decisions keep working.
Do we need your services?
No. Your team can build and operate on its own. Services help where you want to decide on use cases first, or get the first workflows live with us.
