This notice explains how EvasLabs LLC ("EvasLabs", "we") processes personal data when you visit evaslabs.com, use its assistant or contact us. It is written to satisfy the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The EvasLabs platform runs on your organisation's own infrastructure; see section 7.

1. Who we are

EvasLabs LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Data protection enquiries: hello@evaslabs.com.

2. What we collect on this website

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, what you asked about and your message. Used to reply to you. Kept for 24 months after our last exchange.
• Site assistant: the questions you type and the answers you receive are sent to our AI model provider to generate the answer, and are not stored by us. The conversation is kept in your browser tab until you close it. If you choose to send the conversation to our team, we receive it by email with the name, email and company you give, and keep it like a contact-form message. Do not enter sensitive personal data in the assistant.
• Analytics: aggregated, cookie-less page statistics (page, referrer, country, device class). No personal identifiers are stored and no profile is built.
• Server logs: IP address and request metadata, kept by our hosting provider for security for up to 30 days.

3. Legal bases

Replying to your enquiry and taking steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)); our legitimate interest in running and securing this site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

4. Who receives data

Hosting and content delivery, transactional email, the AI model provider behind the site assistant, and analytics providers, acting as our processors under written terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside Türkiye, the UAE or the EEA, we rely on the safeguards available under the applicable law (for the EEA, standard contractual clauses; for Türkiye, the mechanisms permitted under KVKK Art. 9).

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can complain to your supervisory authority (in Türkiye, KVKK; in the EU, the authority of your member state). Write to hello@evaslabs.com.

7. The platform

The EvasLabs platform is installed and operated by your organisation on its own infrastructure. Data processed in it (workflow inputs, run records, audit trails, knowledge bases, credentials) stays in your organisation's installation and is not sent to EvasLabs. Where we provide services with access to your installation, that access is governed by the agreement between us.
