These terms govern the use of the website at evaslabs.com. Use of the EvasLabs platform is governed by the licence agreement or order form between EvasLabs LLC and your organisation, which takes precedence over anything here.

1. The website

The content on this site describes the platform and our services as they exist at the date shown on each page. Illustrative scenarios and figures are labelled as such and are not representations about any customer or result.

2. Site assistant

The assistant answers from our published product information and can be wrong. Its answers are not offers, commitments or advice; anything that matters is confirmed by our team in writing. We may limit or suspend the assistant to prevent abuse.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the platform to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its documentation, this site and the EvasLabs name and marks belong to EvasLabs LLC. Workflows, data and evidence your organisation creates in the platform belong to your organisation.

5. Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, EvasLabs LLC is not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content. Liability for the platform is set out in the licence agreement.

6. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
